Report a fraudulent ATM withdrawal
If you don't recognise an ATM withdrawal:
Freeze or terminate your card:
- Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
- Tap the card icon in the top-right corner
- Select the card you want to freeze, and tap 'Freeze'. Alternatively, you can terminate it by going to 'Settings' and tapping 'Terminate card'
Check if you made a withdrawal at the same ATM in the past:
- Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
- Type 'ATM' in the search bar of your transactions list. This may help you recognise it
Report the fraudulent ATM withdrawal
If you are certain that the ATM withdrawal wasn't made by you, report it by following these steps in the Revolut mobile app:
- Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
- Select the transaction from your transactions list
- Tap 'Get help'
- Tap 'Report this payment as fraudulent'
We also recommend reporting this matter to the police.
