Make a new claim

To make a claim in-app: 

1. Go to 'RevPoints' on the bottom menu of the Revolut app
2. Tap 'Insurance' and select 'Purchase'
3. Choose an insurance type
4. Tap 'Get help'
5. Select 'Make a claim'

Eligibility

For eligibility criteria, read this FAQ in our Help section or view the policy wording in-app:

1. Go to 'RevPoints' on the bottom menu of the Revolut app
2. Tap 'Insurance' and select 'Purchase'
3. Choose an insurance type
4. Tap 'All documents'

Documentation

You'll need to upload proof based on your circumstances. 

• Theft: submit a copy of the police report
• Damages: provide a repair invoice if the item isn't a total loss
• Ticket cancellation: include proof of inability to attend the event

6. Open the document, scroll down to page 4, and refer to the table under 'Claims conditions and requirements'
