What items are eligible for purchase and refund protection?

For an item to qualify for purchase protection or refund protection, it must have been paid in full with your Revolut Plus, Premium, Metal or Ultra account.

The item must meet all the following criteria:

  • It’s been bought solely for personal use
  • It’s brand new at the time of purchase
  • It’s had no previous owner
  • It wasn't purchased privately
  • It has any required CE safety and environmental certification
  • It was purchased from a retailer in Europe or the country where your Revolut account is registered
  • It isn't specified in the exclusions. You can find the full list in our T&Cs

  1. Go to 'RevPoints' on the bottom menu of the Revolut app
  2. Tap 'Insurance' and select 'Purchase'
  3. Choose an insurance type
  4. Tap 'All documents'
