Supported cryptocurrencies, networks, and exchanges for crypto deposits

How to check supported tokens and networks

To see the supported tokens and chain:

  • Go to 'Crypto' on the bottom menu
  • Tap 'More'
  • Tap 'Limits and fees'
  • Tap 'Multi-network transfer'

Examples of supported currencies and networks

  • BTC transfers on the Bitcoin network
  • ETH, USDC, and MATIC on the Ethereum network
  • USDT on both the Ethereum and TRON networks

If you use an unsupported network (e.g.: attempt to transfer USDT on BSC network or ETH on BASE network), you might lose your crypto.

View tokens available for deposits

To see the full list of available tokens in-app:

  • Go to 'Crypto' on the bottom menu
  • Tap 'Receive'
  • You'll see the full list of tokens you can receive from an external wallet. Select the one you want to receive, and you'll see your deposit address for this token
  • Select the network you want to receive it on — make sure you're sending it on the right network from your external wallet

Supported crypto exchanges

We support deposits from major crypto exchanges like Coinbase, Binance, Kraken, Bitstamp, eToro, Bittrex, and more.

In rare cases, we may also reject deposits from supported exchanges if we do not receive the necessary data that we need for compliance purposes.

Unsupported crypto exchanges

We currently don't support deposits from several exchanges, such as Bitfinex, Bittrex, and Roqqu.
