Need a hand?

You can get a card confirmation document directly in-app. This document contains the following information:

• Details of all your Revolut cards
• Card delivery addresses
• Expiration dates
• Cardholder’s personal details (name, date of birth, email, and address)
• Wallet reference

The card confirmation document confirms all your current and previous physical, virtual, and single-use cards.

In the Revolut mobile app:

• Tap your profile icon in the top left corner
• Select 'Documents & statements'
• Tap 'General'
• Select 'Card confirmation'

We don’t issue hard-copy documents or provide stamps on requested documents. All statements and confirmation documents are electronically generated. If you’re unable to download the document, contact Revolut Support.
