Fraud and cybercrime reporting to national authorities

If you have been a victim of fraud, your first step should always be to submit a fraud report. Afterwards, use the guidance below to report the incident to the appropriate national authorities.

Ukraine

  • Submit an application for any type of crime or administrative offence via the online platform at ticket.cyberpolice.gov.ua
  • All cybercrimes and cyberincidents are actioned based on tickets submitted through this platform
  • The system generates a ticket that is forwarded to the appropriate department for processing
  • Reports can also be submitted via email at callcenter@cyberpolice.gov.ua
