How can I withdraw my funds?
During the 60-day notice period, your account will work as normal. During this period, you can withdraw funds in the usual ways (ATM withdrawals, card payments, or bank transfers).
After the 60-day period, the only withdrawal option for your remaining balance will be via an external bank transfer.
What happens to incoming payments after the notice period?
Any payment or transfer sent to your account after the 60-day notice period will be automatically rejected and returned to the sender.
What if my funds are restricted due to a compliance review?
If your funds are restricted due to an ongoing compliance review, this restriction will remain in place until the review is completed. Once the review is resolved, you’ll be able to withdraw any eligible funds.
The account closure process does not override or speed up compliance checks.
