Crypto, commodities, and other assets

What about my crypto, commodities, or Pocket balances?

All Revolut services provided to you will be terminated. You must sell any non-fiat assets (such as cryptocurrency or commodities) and move any money from your Pockets or savings into your main account.

Once everything is converted to your main account balance, you must withdraw it to an external bank account. If you don’t sell your crypto or commodities yourself, we’ll do this on your behalf and move the proceeds to your main currency account.

Can I withdraw cryptocurrency instead of liquidating?

Crypto withdrawals are currently not available in Ukraine. You’ll have full account functionality during the 60-day notice and can liquidate your crypto during that period.

You must sell your cryptocurrency first. Once it’s converted to fiat and added to your main account, you can withdraw the funds to an external bank account.

What about chargebacks or refunds after account closure?

If a chargeback or refund arrives after your account is closed, it will be rejected and returned to the sender.

To avoid delays or disruptions, we recommend contacting the merchant or service provider and asking them to process any refunds during the 60-day notice period.

What about my paid plan subscription fees?

We’ll refund unused paid plan subscription fees as part of the account closure process.
