You won’t be able to reopen your account in Ukraine at the moment.

If you move to a country where Revolut operates and can provide valid residency documents for that country, you can open a new Revolut account there.

Your Joint account will be closed as part of this process.

Any remaining balance will be split equally between both account holders and moved to each person’s individual main account.
