What should I check if expenses aren’t being exported?
Your completed expenses should automatically export to Odoo. If they don’t, check the following in your Revolut Business web app:
- Make sure your Business account is linked to your Odoo account
- Check Sync expenses is turned on
- New expenses should say 'Configured for Odoo' in their header
- Card and transfer expenses should stay in 'Ready to export' until the transaction is complete
