My cash withdrawal was declined

Find the reason your cash withdrawal failed

Go to 'Cards' tab
Select the card you used to withdraw
In the transactions section, select the declined transaction

You’ll then see the reason it was declined, and what you can do to make sure the next withdrawal is successful.
