I didn’t receive the correct amount of cash from the ATM
If ATM withdrawal is pending in-app
A pending transaction may be reverted and refunded automatically in 15 days. To check the reversal date from your transaction history:
- Go to Transactions
- Select the relevant transaction
- See the estimated reversal date
If ATM transaction is completed
In this case, you can submit a chargeback dispute with details of the ATM, its bank, and the transaction:
- Go to Transactions and select the relevant transaction
- Click 'Get help'
- Select the relevant topic
- Raise the request with the details provided
The request should be updated within 2 weeks. If we need any more information, our chargeback team will reach out to you.
