With standard delivery, it usually takes around 2 weeks to receive your card, while express delivery takes up to 5 working days depending on the delivery country.

If you’ve been waiting longer than the times above and still haven’t received your card, you can

1. Go to Cards and click on the card you're waiting for.
2. Look at the delivery address and delivery status widget, and find the estimated delivery date in the order progress bar.
3. If you don't see the delivery widget, your card should have already been delivered. Ask your office reception desk or a neighbour if they may have received the card on your behalf.
