How do I activate a new card?

To activate your new physical card:

  • The card must be ordered under your name
  • You must have already verified your identity

Then, you can either:

  • Enter the delivered card's PAN number into the Revolut Business app. Please only activate your card once it's arrived.
  • Make a chip-and-PIN transaction with your new card.
  • Withdraw cash from an ATM using the card.

For security reasons, our physical cards have contactless and online payments disabled by default. Go to the card's settings to enable them.

Check your PIN and other card details.
