How do I connect my Revolut Business account to Xero?
Set up Xero integration
To integrate your expenses with Xero:
- Go to 'Settings' by clicking the cog in the top-right corner
- Select 'Integrations' on the left menu
- Under 'Accounting', click 'Add new'
- Select Xero
- Next to 'Expenses', click 'Connect'. This will open Xero to connect
- Log in to your Xero account and approve Revolut Business
- Once connected, the Xero tab will automatically close, and you will see Xero connected on the Revolut Business app.
- Click 'Expenses' and enable the 'Auto-sync' toggle
Further verifications
- To check if your expenses are syncing correctly, go to 'Integrations', select 'Xero', and select 'Expenses'. Ensure 'Auto-Sync' is on
- The text under 'Auto-Sync' will show you the last sync time. Expenses completed after this time haven't been exported
- Only paid/completed expenses are exported
- Anyone with the 'Manage Integrations', 'View Transactions', 'View Business', 'Manage Account' permissions and verified identity checks can approve the connection with Xero
