Why is Revolut requesting information from me?

Information requests are triggered when we need info about your business, identity, or transactions. In certain cases, it may also be to keep your account safe or verify your identity if we detect any suspicious activity.

These requests can happen on a routine, scheduled basis or due to some sort of trigger, such as unusual activity or usage of the account.

Usually, we'll give you plenty of notice that we need this information from you. The best way to make sure you don’t miss this is to check your email regularly for communications from us. If you don’t respond to our information request within the allocated time frame, your account may be restricted.

Only account owners and admins can view and action information requests.
