Download account confirmation document

Account confirmation contains the following information

  • Company name
  • Registration number
  • Registered and operating address
  • Currency accounts and their account details

Download your account confirmation document

  1. Go to 'Home' on the main menu
  2. Click the three dots '...' and select 'Statements'
  3. Choose 'Account confirmation'
  4. Chose the date range, type of document (PDF or CSV), and if you want a signed and stamped document
  5. Click on 'Generate' to download a file or share the statement via email

Documents are in the language your Revolut Business app is currently set up in the 'Appearance' settings.

Can't access statements

To download statements, you need permissions to manage accounts. Ask your account owner or admin to grant you access.
