How does the 'Sync from' date work?
The sync from date sets the starting point for transaction imports. When first connecting Xero, you can choose a custom start date. If an account feed exists, syncing begins from the earliest recorded sync date.
This date can’t be changed manually, but Revolut Business account Support can update it for you. You’ll need to provide them with:
- Your Xero account ID (found in the URL from the Xero dashboard)
- The currency (exactly as shown in Xero)
- When transactions stopped syncing
