Cancel, pause, or edit a Direct Debit

How to cancel a Direct Debit

  • Go to Transfers on the main menu
  • Click Scheduled or the calendar icon on the top right
  • Select the Direct Debit you'd like to cancel
  • Click 'Delete' and follow the instructions

You can't delete a Direct Debit from a previous payment, but you can delete a Direct Debit on an upcoming payment. If a Direct Debit is canceled, it can be reinstated by the company it was originally set up with.
