Transfer processing times vary based on location and currency.

If you’re not sure which transfer method was used, please confirm with the sender's bank.

Receiving USD:

• FedWire: before 3.50PM EST – within the same day, and if sent after this time – the next business day. 
• Wire transfers: 1–3 business days.
• ACH transfers: up to 24 hours (100k USD limit).

SWIFT transfers:

• For all other cases not mentioned above, international transfers (SWIFT) can take up to 5 business days.

Please keep in mind:

• Some banks don't process transfers during weekends and bank holidays. Transfers are processed during business days only
• We can't accept transfers with incorrect recipient details, like account number typos
• All banks and payment service providers are required to run checks on your payments to comply with regulations, which may cause delays

The timeframe starts from the moment we send the transfer out, not from the moment you submit the transfer request.
