Changing nature of business details

Application in 'Submitted' or 'Verifying' status

If the status of your nature of business verification is 'Submitted' or 'Verifying', you won't be able to change any details as our team is currently reviewing your submission — we'll provide an update as soon as possible.

Application in 'Requires action' status

If the status of your nature of business verification is 'Requires action':

  • Click the 'Nature of business' tile on your 'Home' menu
  • Below 'Proof requests', click any of the data fields
  • Follow the prompts to edit the details

Common reasons we may need you to take action include:

  • You need to change your nature of business description to align with your current products and services
  • You need to change your operating countries as this information was entered incorrectly previously
