Operating address verification

How to verify your operating address

You can find the list of eligible documents in the in-app Home tab. Once you've submitted the documents, please allow us up to 24 hours to verify them and get back to you.

Document requirements

The documents you provide must: 

  • Include the submitted operating address
  • Be under the company legal/trading name
  • Be dated within the last 3 months unless otherwise stated below
  • Confirm your business account is in good standing, for example, it’s not closed and your balance is greater than zero

Supported documents

  • Bank statement from another financial institution, under the company legal/trading name that shows activity over the past 3 months
  • If your company doesn’t have another bank account, please provide a personal bank statement or a business director's or significant shareholder's (over 25% ownership) personal bank statement that shows activity over the past 3 months
