My team member can't log in
If they can't log in to the web app
- Set browser to incognito or private mode before logging in
- Clear browser cache and enable pop-ups
- Try a different browser
If they can't log in to the mobile app
- Double check they've downloaded the Revolut Business app (black icon) not the personal Revolut app (white icon)
- Download and re-install the mobile app to make sure they’re using the latest version available
