I've been charged twice for my card deposit

If you've been charged twice for your card deposit and the transaction isn't visible on your Revolut account, but the amount was taken from your bank account, the latest transaction should be reverted shortly.

The reverted funds should be available in your bank account within 5 business days. If not, please contact your bank directly.

If the transaction was credited to your Revolut account, you can send the money back to your bank account yourself. To find out more, check this article.

The transaction date on your bank statement may be slightly different, as card top-ups are often charged several days after they're made. Please make sure to take this into account when cross-checking your list of completed top-ups and bank statement charges.
