Rules for using the Lounge pass

There are some rules, which you should have in your mind while using Lounge pass:

  • You cannot send your pass to someone else. A pass is personal to a specific ID, which you'll need to show with your pass to access the lounge. You can purchase a guest pass for any travel companion.
  • You can have up to 10 passes at a given time. You will be able to purchase more passes once your existing lounge passes have been redeemed.
  • The length of stay at a lounge is subject to the lounge terms, which can be referred to in the Lounge Info in-app. Usually it is 2-3 h.
  • Lounge passes are valid at all supported airport lounges, which can be found in 'Lifestyle' in the bottom menu → ‘Travel’ → 'Lounges'.
  • Search for an airport or look at nearby airports if you've activated geolocation.
  • Your Lounge pass (and that of any guest Lounge pass you purchase) will remain valid as long as you have a Revolut account.
  • Passes that haven't been used are refundable within 14 days of purchase. If you wish to get a refund for any passes that haven't been redeemed, please let us know.
  • You can’t access more than one individual Lounge within a 2-hour period.
