Rewards are special offers available in the Revolut app that allow you to get discounts or a complementary trial of a service when you use your Revolut card to make a purchase.

Using Rewards

1. Go to 'Lifestyle' on the bottom menu of the Revolut app
2. Tap in 'Shops'
3. Scroll through the page or type in the search bar
4. Tap on any brand
5. 'Redeem Offer' and enjoy the reward

Reward link not working

1. Log out of your Revolut app
2. Check for any updates in App Store for iOS, or in Google Play Store for Android
3. Go to your phone's app settings and clear the cache of the app
4. Log in to the app
5. Try the reward link again
6. If the issue persists, you can copy the reward link and open it in a browser

What’s not eligible for Rewards?

Check offer's terms & conditions in the participation invite email to ensure all actions are completed. Common ineligible transactions include adding money, ordering a card, making certain card payments (transactions to payment service providers and money transfers won't trigger a reward), and upgrading to a paid plan.
