Dispute process and timelines

Up to 85% of disputes are resolved within 5 weeks, while complex cases may take up to 12 weeks. Unfortunately, we can't speed this process up. To track your dispute status, tap the transaction in your Revolut app.

Expected timeframes

How long you'll likely need to wait for an outcome depends on the case type:

  • Fraud cases: within 10 days after you report the matter to us
  • ATM cases: up to 45 days after you report the matter to us
  • Disputes: up to 90 days after you report the matter to us

The timeframes are approximate estimates. Complex cases may take longer.
