Physical card not delivered
Your card order may take up to 3 business days to process before being shipped. Once your card is ready for shipping, you’ll see an estimated delivery date in the cards section.
If you haven’t received your card yet, follow these steps:
- Go to the 'Home' screen
- Tap the cards icon in the top-right corner
- Select your card and tap 'More details' to view the estimated delivery date
- If the delivery date has passed, select 'Reorder this card' to request a replacement. The first replacement is free of charge
To avoid delivery issues, verify your address before placing your order. If you experience issues, such as receiving an opened envelope, reorder your card.
To check your card’s delivery status or track your order:
- Go to the 'Home' screen
- Tap the cards icon in the top-right corner
- Choose your card and tap 'More details'
- You’ll be able to view your card details and its estimated time of arrival
Tracking information may not be available immediately after shipping. Allow an extra business day for the details to update in the app.
I didn't receive a tracking number for my card delivery
Standard plan card delivery doesn't include a tracking number, but we provide an estimated delivery date in the Revolut app. Premium and Metal plan customers can choose priority delivery and receive a tracking number once their card is dispatched.
