Need a hand?

• Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
• Below your balance, tap 'Accounts'
• Find and select the application
• In the top-left corner, look for the 'X' icon or tap the back arrow until you see it
• Tap this 'X' icon to close the application

You can't cancel an application that has already been submitted. Once the review is complete, you'll receive a notification about the outcome.

Cancelling the loan after you have signed the agreement isn't possible. You have the option of paying off the full balance along with any interest accrued up until that point. We don't charge any prepayment penalties or fees for paying off your loan in full early. To pay off your loan in full:

• Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
• Tap 'Accounts'
• Choose your loan
• Click on 'Repay'
• Choose 'Payoff your loan in full'
• Complete the remaining steps

As we're currently soft launching the product in the United States, the option to apply may not be available to everyone just yet.
