How do I make a purchase protection claim?

Please call 1-800-587-9989 to report your claim. You must report the loss within the timeframes listed in your Guide to Benefits. Card Benefit Services will collect information related to your claim and send you a claim form to complete. You'll also be advised of the specific documents required in order for your claim to be processed. See the Guide to Benefits for further details.
