Which items are eligible for purchase and return protection?

For an item to qualify for either the Purchase Security or Return Protection, it must have been paid for using your Revolut Premium or Metal account, or rewards programs associated with your account. Additionally the item must meet all of the following criteria:

  • solely purchased for personal use
  • is brand new at the time of purchase
  • is not specified in the exclusions (e.g. food & beverages, jewellery, antiques…).
