Which conditions must I meet to qualify for purchase protection insurance?

In order to be eligible for this insurance:

  • You must have had a Revolut Premium or Metal subscription continuously (i.e. without interruption) from the time of the good’s or ticket’s purchase (subject to your upgrade) until the claim notification. In other words, if you were a Revolut Premium or Metal customer when you purchased the item but have stopped your subscription since, you won't be eligible.
  • You must be at least 18 years old. Please note that this is just an overview of the insurance policy conditions.
