If you need urgent medical care while abroad, go to the nearest medical centre or hospital to see a doctor.

• Select 'Travel'
• Select an insurance type
• Tap 'Get help'

You will need documentation to support any claim you make. For example, an airline letter confirming the flight delay or a police report for a stolen item. Make sure to have these when making the claim.

Either our team or the insurance provider will ask you for these. Check the necessary documentation for each type of claim in this FAQ.
