How to make a new claim

• From the Revolut app's 'Home' screen head to 'Lifestyle' in the bottom menu
• Tap in 'Insurance'
• Select 'Travel'
• Select an insurance type
• Tap 'Get Help'

Documentation to file a claim

You will need documentation to support any claim you make. For example, an airline letter confirming the flight delay or a police report for a stolen item. Make sure to have these when making the claim. Either our team or the insurance provider will ask you for these. Check the necessary documentation for each type of claim in this FAQ.
