Reimbursement is provided for the prepaid non-refundable travel arrangements and change fees when applicable. No new or additional costs incurred as a result of the trip cancellation or interruption are covered; only prepaid or unused expenses are eligible. Change fees waived by the common carrier are not eligible for reimbursement.
