How does the ‘Sync from’ date work?

The 'Sync from' date sets the starting point for transaction imports. When first connecting Xero, you can choose a custom start date. If a bank feed exists, syncing begins from the earliest recorded sync date.

This date can’t be changed manually, but Revolut Business Support can update it for you. You’ll need to provide them with by providing:

  • Your Xero Account ID (found in the URL from the Xero dashboard)
  • The currency (exactly as shown in Xero)
  • When transactions stopped syncing
