How do I connect my Revolut Business account with Xero?

To connect your Revolut Business account to Xero:

  • Log in to your Revolut Business account
  • Go to your profile icon (top-right) then 'Settings'
  • Go to the Integrations section
  • Under 'Accounting', select 'Xero'
  • Choose 'Bills' and allow access with Xero
  • Select the accounts you want to map, and click 'Save'
  • Make sure the 'Export' and 'Import' toggles are both enabled

Accounting data

Once connected, we automatically import your accounting data, including:

  • Xero’s 'Chart of Accounts' — including account code and default tax rate — is imported to ‘Accounting categories'
  • Tax rates and tax codes are imported to 'Tax rates'
  • Xero’s 'Tracking categories' and 'category options' are imported as 'Label groups' and 'labels'

We also import your Xero suppliers up to a maximum limit of 100,000. If you exceed this threshold, supplier import will be paused, which will also prevent Bills from syncing as it relies on supplier records.
