An event in the context of Ultra cancel for any reason insurance refers to a planned occasion where bookings or tickets are sold in advance, that you plan to attend within the next 12 months, and that was paid for through your Ultra plan.

Event cancellation protection covers you if you need to cancel any of the following activities, as long as you meet the eligibility criteria:

• Sports events
• Music festivals
• Concerts
• Shows
• Tours
• Tourist attractions
• Exhibitions

• Cancellations after the event start time
• Events booked less than 3 days or more than 12 months before the event
• Event carrier bookings or tickets that don't show event dates
• Cancelled events that the provider has already reimbursed
• Events not purchased with your Revolut account on the Ultra plan
• Events purchased from private sellers or peer-to-peer transactions
• Events booked for business purposes
• Events cancelled by the provider, retailer, or organiser
