Deposits from a Crédit Agricole card
Why can’t I add money with my Crédit Agricole card?
Due to a failure by Crédit Agricole to meet EU regulation requirements, their cardholders are currently unable to complete certain transactions, including card deposits to Revolut accounts.
This is affecting all types of card deposits made from Visa and Mastercard cards issued by Crédit Agricole, including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
When will this be fixed?
Crédit Agricole needs to implement technical changes to comply with EU regulations. Until then, deposits to Revolut from Crédit Agricole cards will continue to be declined by Crédit Agricole.
Revolut is actively supporting Crédit Agricole in resolving this disruption. We don't have a definitive timeframe from Crédit Agricole, and their resolution may take several months.
