How to cancel a dispute

You can only cancel a dispute if we have not yet shared the case with the merchant.

To check if the cancel option is available:

  1. From your 'Home' screen, tap 'See all' to open your transactions list
  2. Tap on the transaction
  3. 'Cancel' will appear at the top of the dispute tracker
