Make a new claim

To make a claim in-app:

• Go to 'RevPoints' on the bottom menu of the Revolut app
• Tap 'Insurance' and select 'Purchase'
• Choose an insurance type
• Tap 'Get help'
• Select 'Make a claim'

• Tap 'All documents'

Documentation

You'll need to upload proof based on your circumstances.

• Theft: submit a copy of the police report
• Damages: provide a repair invoice if the item isn't a total loss
• Ticket cancellation: include proof of inability to attend the event
