Log in using your old number or email

In the Revolut mobile app:

1. Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner
2. Tap 'Account'
3. Tap 'Personal details'
4. Tap your phone number to change
5. Enter your new number and verify with a one-time passcode

If you can't log into the app

1. Open the Revolut app on your mobile device
2. Dismiss your old phone number login if you’re prompted
3. Tap 'Log in'
4. Tap 'Lost access to my phone number'
5. Follow the prompts — you may be asked for a one-time passcode, to take a selfie, or to take a picture of an ID
