How will the account transition affect returns/chargebacks?

The process for returns and chargebacks will not change. They will be processed exactly the same way as before regardless of whether the original transaction occurred before or after the account transition to Revolut Bank UK Ltd ('Revolut Bank'). You do not need to do anything differently.
