Moving your account to Revolut Bank, from an e-money account to a current account, won’t increase the risk of fraud. However, it's important to always be wary of potential fraudsters. We'll only contact you about these changes by email or in-app notifications.
Links in emails should always be treated with caution and can be high-risk. Always double-check emails are received from our verified Revolut address (no-reply@revolut.com) before considering the email legitimate.
We won’t phone or text you about your account changes, so don’t trust anyone who calls you during this transition period.
We will only call you in-app
If you’ve been in contact with our support team and have arranged a phone call from Revolut Support, then that call will happen directly within the Revolut app — not through WhatsApp, a regular call, or any other call platform.
