Why didn't I get a bank account when I signed up?

The bank has begun a phased roll-out. This timeline ensures the best possible customer experience, allowing for a seamless and secure migration of our existing UK customers.

This is a transitional period to ensure everything is working as expected. We'll let you know, via email and in-app, when we're ready to move you to a bank account with FSCS protection on eligible deposits.
