Cancellation/Refund of Lounge passes

Passes that haven't been used are refundable within 14 days of purchase. If you wish to get a refund for any passes that haven't been redeemed, follow these steps in the app:

  1. Go to the 'Lifestyle' tab
  2. Tap in 'Travel'
  3. Choose 'Lounges'
  4. Select your lounge pass
  5. Tap 'Get Help' and then 'Request a refund'
  6. You will be automatically refunded
