Issues with Lounge pass

When checking in at the lounge, be sure to present your QR code. To access QR code, tap 'Lifestyle' in the bottom menu → 'Travel' → 'Lounges'.

  • If the lounge has an issue reading your QR code, give your Membership Number, which you'll find directly under the QR code on your pass. If you still face issues, please let us know.
  • If you made a mistake in flight number or forgot to add your companion, please let us know.
  • If you are trying to purchase a Lounge pass for a specific airport, but it does not appear in the list, it sadly means that it's not one of our supported lounges.
  • You can be refused access to a lounge in spite of having a Lounge pass.
  • You can only access the supported airport lounges provided in-app.
  • Individual lounges could also have their own terms, and can refuse entry in case of capacity constraints, repair works and other valid reasons.
  • If you lost your wallet/personal belongings in the lounge, please let us know.
