Can I label my eSIM?

For Android phones, during the eSIM installation, you can label (name) your new eSIM. For example, you may label your new eSIM 'Travel' and your existing physical SIM 'Personal'. If you don’t rename your eSIM, it’ll normally default to the name 'Secondary'.

You'll use these labels when you choose which SIM or eSIM you want to use for data services.

When voice and SMS become available on Revolut eSIMs, you can use these labels to choose which eSIM to use for making or receiving calls and messages.

If you change your mind later, you can edit the labels on your device:

  1. Go to your device’s network settings
  2. Select 'Cellular' or 'Mobile Data'
  3. Tap the number whose label you want to change
  4. Tap 'Cellular Plan Label'
  5. Select a new label or enter a custom label
