I have an active data plan, but I can't install the eSIM. How do I fix it?

If you have already purchased your data plan, please follow the steps below:

Make sure your eSIM is installed

You must have purchased a data plan first to be able to install your Revolut eSIM. Once you've purchased your data plan and your eSIM has been successfully prepared, you'll be prompted to install your eSIM.

Complete your eSIM installation

To go through the installation process, follow the steps described here.

Switch on data roaming for your eSIM

Please follow the steps described here to allow data roaming.
