You can delete your installed eSIMs. To remove eSIMs from your device, navigate to your device’s Mobile/Cellular settings, tap on the eSIM you want to delete, and select 'Remove Mobile Data Plan'. 

Depending on the device, it may say 'Remove eSIM', 'Delete Mobile Plan'. In case you are changing phones, you can delete your eSIM profile when you go through the factory reset flow.
